How long will it take to receive my payment?

Upon arrival of your submitted Break-Up Box, the processing and issuing of your check will be completed promptly (usually within 48 hours). Keep in mind that the Break-Up Box will be traveling via First Class US Mail, which could take up to 7 business days or more depending on where you live. And it could take a similar amount of time for your payment to travel back to you. You can track the status of a submission online or by calling (800) 220-3500 using the barcode on your receipt.
