You should receive your physical kit in the mail between 3-5 business days from the date of your request. For faster service, we will also provide you with a link to an electronic FedEx label within your welcome email. This can be used the same day you request your kit. No printer, no problem! Take your mobile phone to your nearest staffed FedEx location and they can print your label for you.
