Yes, but you must include in your packaging the Item Submission Form provided in your Break-Up Box. OutOfYourLife.com™ uses the barcode on this inventory sheet to identify and track your items. Should you decide to use your own packaging, you are responsible for insuring your items.

What are your shipping options?
Customers automatically receive a Free FedEx label to send us their items. We can also upgrade you to free FedEx overnight shipping. To upgrade, please call our customer service team at (800) 220-3500 Monday – Friday 8am – 6 pm EST.

How long will it take to receive my kit in the mail?
You should receive your physical kit in the mail between 3-5 business days from the date of your request. For faster service, we will also provide you with a link to an electronic FedEx label within your welcome email. This can be used the same day you request your kit. No printer, no problem! Take your mobile phone to your nearest staffed FedEx location and they can print your label for you. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to call our customer service team at (800) 220-3500 Monday – Friday 8am – 6 pm EST.

How long will it take for my items to be received once they are in the mail?
Once your package is dropped off at the staffed FedEx location, it should take about 2-3 days for it to arrive at our secure location. We also offer free overnight shipping. To upgrade, please call our customer service team at (800) 220-3500 Monday – Friday 8am – 6 pm EST.
