Will my jewelry be safe and insured while in your possession?
Absolutely. During transportation to our secure facility, your items are tracked and insured up to $5,000 in the event of loss or damage. If you need additional insurance, you may obtain it from a list of our preferred providers. In the event, you procure additional coverage and accept our offer, we will happily reimburse you for the insurance expense. For a list of preferred providers, please call (800) 220-3500.
Once we receive your items, multiple barcodes and ID numbers are used to identify your jewelry throughout our entire process. All items are videotaped during the appraisal process and safely stored in vaults within a secure room with 24 hour surveillance.
